Located on the edge of the Dubai Hills Estate, this project was of paramount visual significance. An area seldom seen, the lighting scheme presented complemented architecture with a twist. Warm light makes what is otherwise an uncomfortable destination, welcoming. A play on concrete layering, horizontal bands of architecture are lit. A soft-controlled scheme – some areas would fade in and out, making the project appear different enhancing its brand identity. Lighting the edges to leave the surface in darkness enhances architectural form visible by day by night.
